hehe, ok Turnoi I want argue with you. However, I have no doubt that place has a business license and so of course is a business and as a business needs to stay afloat. Try opening your own ETC in China (or anywhere) and see if you eventually focus more on the education side or the business side of things. (Just saying you would doesn't cut the mustard. I opened an ETC up in Shenyang last year and we wanted to provide great service with interactive classes and projectors etc. Needed to pack classrooms with 40/50 kids just to stay in the black!)

None-the-less the way they seem to run it is rather depressing, but not abnormal.
