This is very helpful!!! a very nice description of my anxiety by the way!!! I think I really need to slow my mind and take it day by day piece by piece.... I get overwhelmed when I start thinking I need to do this and I will need a storage garage and will I even get a job... and on and on..... I worry that I will end up getting certification from a place that is running a "scam" or schools will not accept it.... So right now, I am trying to stay focused at one thing at a time. So I am going to get my certification. It's just counterproductive to thing of all of things that I am not yet facing. I also have to give myself credit for the things I have accomplished to this point. My mind runs off like crazy if I let it, so I just need to keep focused on the moment.
