According to my knowledge Guangxi PSB still accepts Ls for work permit conversions, and I have had this done from L in Chongqing last year too. If there are any other provinces as easygoing as the ones mentioned, please shed a light on this forum here. And, if the situation has changed in either Chongqing or any location of Guangxi do so as well, please. I bet many will appreciate the info on. I sure would buy any of you a beer for the info on conversions from L to work permit and that anywhere in China. Thank you all
