Thanks. But you'll find that in previous posts I've given probably far too much information about myself and my educational background, in response to other posters.
Some might see it as a boasting but that's not the case - facts are facts. Our experiences of education, life and work shape who we are, and the opinions we hold. There's no getting away from that. And our experiences in China will provide a view of the Chinese and their "system."

As for politics, my grandfather gave me a copy of the "History of the Tolpuddle Martyrs" when I was 21 and told me never to forget my roots. He was involved with the trade union movement and was friends with many Labour politicians of the day. I do care about what happens in the UK, as it's doubtful that I will retire in China. As for Angelina's, I will never need them or any of their ilk.
