Dude, the same thing happens at my school too. Our boss basically never answers emails or phone calls. She gives alot of "maybes" when we do ask her questions. The other day was the last straw however. In the middle of myself talking to her about a serious problem she walked away. Literally just walked away from me. When I ran into her a few minutes later I made it very clear that she had shown disrespect and I did nothing to warrant it.

Dealing with her is an absolute nightmare.
