Western management styles are superior to those of the Chinese

I'd question that as given in my native England with less than two years to go until 2012 the Olympics is looking like a big farce and a white elephant. Fair play to the Chinese, they can always deliver, well ahead of time. Need we mention the high speed railways?

I do AGREE that with regards education and HR the management style is lacking however.
