I have received an offer coming from Changchun, Jilin but at first, a recruiter contacted me informing that he is helping this school. Well, he gave me the no. of a certain girl name Cherry telling me that she is the one in charge of hiring foreign teacher for here school, so I decided to give her a call. our conversation was fine but at the end, she asked me to get her email address from this recruiter. I want to know if any one of you here has a knowledge about this school, the recruiter named Mr. Wang and the girl name Cherry telling me that she's somewhat like the assistant headmaster of that school. Below is a copy of the contract sent to me by Mr. Wang. Any info will be a great help. Thanks

一. From / / / / Party A will offer party B classes at the main school and co-operative schools.
甲方雇用乙方在长春市维多利亚教育培训学校和指定的合作校上课，时间期限为 年 月 日年 月 日。
二：Party A will provide a working visa and a foreign experts certificate:

甲方为乙方办理外国专家证和工作签证：
Party B must provide the following:
乙方需提供以下材料：

1） 本人的健康体检证明。

2）passport（copy of all page）

护照复印件

3）Diploma （copy）

大学毕业证书复印件

4）teaching license （TEOFL/TESOL/TEEL）

教师资格证；第二语言证书复印件

5）Begin to work for the first month is probation time , with a normal salary 5000rmb. party A take charge of visas to the party B in china. If party B shall qualified through a period of probation,he or she will have increased salary from 5000rmb to 12000rmb （ one year contract including probation ）
开始工作的第一个月为试用期，试用期间甲方正常支付薪金，如果试用期乙方无法胜任工作，合同自动解除，甲方负责办理乙方在华签证。如果乙方合格通过试用期，双方签订正式合同。（一年合作期包括试用期）

三. Party A offers party B the following:
甲方向乙方提供工作：

1）Working hours are suitable not more than 30 hours a week.
每周工作时间保证不少于15小时，不多于30小时

2）Each week 1 day off is given, not weekends.
每周休息一天。（除周六周日）

3）Half the monthly salary is provided on the 5th and 20th of each month
每两周开一次支.（分别在每个月的5号和20号）.

4)The salary is from 5000RMB to 12000RMB
每个月的月薪从5000人民币到12000人民币不等。

四. PartyA will offer party B single room Apartment
甲方为乙方提供住宿：
除住宿以外的生活当中发生的任何费用均由乙方承担.
）合同期满甲方向乙方提供单程回国机票，或者4000RMB。

When party B finished one year contrac with partyA ,party A will offer party B one way air ticket fee or 4000RMB.
if party B does not need an apartment ,party A will offer 500 RMB every month.
如果乙方不需要甲方提供宿舍，甲方会每月提供500元人民币.
五. Party A will assist with any problems or difficulties party B has within the duration of the contract period.
合同期内，甲方将协助乙方解决在华期间所遇到的困难。
六.Party B must provide the following:
乙方须遵守以下条例：
1）teachers are to pay full attention to chinese laws during their stay.
教师在华期间要严格遵守中国的法律.
2）teachers and student are not allowed to have a relationship outside the school.
教师不可以与学员发生任何恋爱关系.

3）teachers are forbidden from teaching classes outside the school ,if teachers are caught teaching in other schools,victoria foreign language school does not take any responsibility.
在中国，在持有签证的学校以外上课，工作属违法行为，外教如有此行为，由中国公安机关处理，学校不对外教此行为负责任.
