At the moment, in Korea, I am a co-teacher, ie assistant who is lucky enough to have really great Korean co-teachers who allow me to really get involved in the lesson planning and activities. This is not really the case for some of my friends. At other schools and I'm not talking about schools for certified teachers, but the esl postition schools, do you conduct the class on your own?
