Easy solution to teaching problems: Work at a public university where you do your own lesson plans, where nobody interferes with your work, there are no TA's, no DOS, you wear just jeans and T-shirts. No need to use useless textbooks, no Chinese fools telling you about the "right way to teach".
No need for any stupid meetings, cause everybody is doing their own thing and is responsible for their own teaching. That is the correct way, the way it should be.
