You want proof? Okay here's proof. Just make sure you have a proxy server since many of these media outlets may be blocked in China.

www.kanzhongguo.com

www.epochtimes.com

If you have trouble going on to these sites because you're in China, here are some articles as well as the discussion boards I found today on 163.com

1. http://news.163.com/10/1020/09/6JE9VLES0001124J.html (this article is related to embezzlement of funds of a charity in China)

http://comment.news.163.com/news_guonei8_bbs/6JE9VLES0001124J.html (Discussion board related to this article)

2. http://news.163.com/10/1019/01/6JARTPB00001124J.html (about the arrest of two Chinese Management level people being arrested in Zambia for opening fire on workers there)

http://comment.news.163.com/news_guonei8_bbs/6JARTPB00001124J.html (the discussion board link to it)

3. http://news.163.com/10/1019/09/6JBKQTKM00011229.html (news article about a girl who was brutally beaten by a Government Offical for supposedly trying to run a small market stand in a restricted area)

This is just a very very small sample of what goes on every day in China. If you actually read Chinese language media(which I doubt) you will SEE OBVIOUSLY how many Chinese people feel about their country. If you think these discussion boards are interesting you haven't actually read some of the older articles on Netease. I once read an article about a little girl who's ethnically Chinese who was adopted by an American couple. That discussion board had an overwhelming majority of people who wanted to warn the little girl to just go back to America since it's too bad in China. Don't tell me none of these people are Chinese and what they say have no merit.

Your ego has obviously blinded you to the fact that just because people say different things does not automatically make them stupid or uninformed. Things happen for a reason. I have no doubt that you have been successful (in your own way) with how you have chosen to live your life. For that I don't lean either way on whether I should commend you or discredit you. I don't know you at all as a person. However I find it extremely difficult to believe that you're completely out of tune with all the messed up things that happen. If you're telling me that in the 10 years of living in China you have merely brushed off the opinion of ANY person, Chinese or Foreign, who have a different opinion than yours then you've shown us as someone who only listens to himself. This means you carry an innate prejudice as well as a big superiority complex. So why should we take ANYTHING that you say seriously??

You sound extremely defensive as well with trying to maintain your idea of what the "perfect" world is to you. That's fine and dandy if you keep it to yourself. You can just ignore us and stop responding. However if you decide to come on here and discredit us you're just someone who at best is afraid to have his bubble burst, which will happen sooner or later if you come here to argue with us long enough.

At worst for all I know you might be someone who is trying to get information out of us. We don't know who the heck you are. You might be in cahoots with the corrupt company that you work for or even with the local government trying to fullfill their daily agenda of catching "security threats" in the general population. Whatever it is I have tried to be as open as possible while tolerationg your almost childish attitude at what I and some others have said.
