Hey all,

Something I have been pondering since returning to Europe from China, what real future is there in ESL/TEFL? Granted, I've realized, rather belatedly admittedly, that there isn't much of a future in China, at least in ESL, but then what future is there for it in Europe? Low salaries (relative to living cost), tough ass bosses, etc etc...

Why are so many guys in China content to work away for such low salaries...even 5,500 rmb (sans pension/medical insurance) is only around 550 UK pounds a month. So i'm pretty sure China is dead end, but it seems so is Italy/Spain too...
