They won't be able to understand eachother well, no matter how good their English is. But if they study and learn pronunciation from an American, Canadian, AU, NZ, or British person, they could understand eachother much easier because the pronunciation of the words would be very similiar."

Have you made a thorough research/survey on Singaporeans and Filipinos speaking in "their own styles of pronunciation and not being able to understand each other well..." that you came up with this?
