Korea vs China? Korea is likely worse. Why do I say this? Because you hear a great number of complaints about what is a very small country, and not only compared to China. If you hear so many complaints about working in a country that is so small, then it's likely worse then working in China.

You also have to keep in mind the much stiffer penalties if you are found to be working there illegally. You can not, can not work in Korea without a degree, and if you are and it's fake, say hello to up to seven years in prison. Having taken this into account, as well as the fact that so many complaints about Korea show up on this very board, I think the conclusion can be reached that it may actually be a worse option to work there then in China.
