Those of you who have had interviews with this school may know this man as Xiao Lin, Hans Fischer, Mimi P. Smith, or by his most recent alias, a Mr. H.M. Wong-Waterson, Esq. The real truth is that these are all fake names for one man, an American who WAS (Note: past tense- was) the head foreign teacher for the school. Why he used so many different fake names in dealing in professional matters such as interviews, job placements, etc. is beyond me. Those of you who have associated with this man, or who have read about this man being associated with the school, I can only sympathize with you. I too had to deal with Xiao Lin online and when I first got to the school.

On the other hand though, it is important to note that when the other foreign teachers mentioned Xiao Lin's activities and how they were affecting the school's reputation online, both Fred and the Principal promptly removed him from the Head Foreign Teacher position, forbade him from conducting any more interviews, and he was no longer allowed to sit in on classes or bother the teachers on their free time. What I'm trying to show here is that the foreign teachers had a very serious problem and Fred and the school quickly and effectively solved the problem to the benefit of everyone. After his removal, the other teachers at the school no longer had to deal with harassment issues from this man. I should emphasize at this point that any foreign teachers who come to this school in the future will ALSO not have to worry about Xiao Lin or have to deal with any sort of harassment that is being promoted by these posts.

I have told "Hans Fisher" or whoever it really was to shut up when he was posting personal information on other foreign teachers - information that he obviously obtained during the application process and that he was using against them when he was rightly criticised for his unprofessional and unethical behaviour. People like this guy are a disgrace to the teaching profession as a whole and simply should not be be in the field of education nor in any position of a Head Teacher. Appointing someone like that as a Head Teacher means destroying the reputation and good spirit of cooperation at the "school". So, that's one of the things why that "school" is crap and should not be given any chance! Why should we do them a "favour" and "forgive" them for that? I am not inclined to do so toward a person that calls foreuignn teachers "garbage"!

Yeah, and someone with a big mouth like this fat, porky Fred - a pretend professional and FAO lacking any soft skills in human communication - calling other foreign teachers collectively "garbage" is another sign of red alert not to go there and work for them. Which decent teacher wants to work for a garbage school like Dongbei Primary? I wouldn't!

OK, Fred or whoever you really are, better resign from your post as FAO, you have done enough to harm your "school" already. Or will you stay on to continue pocketing money that actually belongs to foreign teachers as you have done in the past!

"Huilu", that means "you are corrupt"! And I know you and your rubbish "school" well enough!!!! Do you remember my complaints about all the rats in my room and that you refused to do something about it????

To hell with you and that damn "school"!
