Totally agree with you there. A problem for many GW's and Chinese is that they mix "culture" with being cultured. Being cultured means being honest, forthright, and overall behaving in a civilized manner. If you decide to put others into a certain standard, you should abide by those standards yourself! That is the basic formalities of being human in which they should've taught you in primary school at the latest. Having civility is called SU ZHI in Chinese. While culture is WEN HUA. It's obvious that many many people in this world still have a long long long way to go before they attain true knowledge on understanding what the differences are.
