You won't see a raise in pay and if you do it will be embarrassing to talk about in public. Why not quit and leave them to fend for themselves and find some idiot without a clue to try and fill your shoes? You'll be doing yourself a favor. The only schools that really offer pay raises are bad schools when they cannot find any other teachers that would otherwise be stupid enough to work there unless they had some angle to play.
