It comes down to one thing. You either have the skills to pay the bills, or you work as an ESL teacher and China and you deserve each other hand in hand. FT's lacking skills need to take time out of their own twisted lives and fix whatever is in need of fixing and then get back into the game of life. Teaching in China is not a career and their is no retirement in ESL. I maintain my license for teaching and pay my little membership dues in my country, but I am done with education in China. I am not a dancing white monkey and being black anyway, that would take some doing, although Michael Jackson seemed to have the skin color changing down to a science.

To the many FT's on here seeking valid schools, I can save you time. There are 1 in 100 if that in China. Don't waste your time. Come to China, see a few things, eat some Peking Duck, and keep moving. You are either in business in China, or you are a tourist. Anything else is a rough ride and not worth your time.

Take the pledge, or step off the ledge and end it all.
