The part where the evaluation of teacher sucks I couldn't agree more since it is run by Singaporeans they manipulate the entire system totally- only serving their money greed and selfish interest. There isn't a grain of conscience or quality education consideration at all not just to teachers but to students as well.

They tamper and lie on the evaluation reports just to cheat NON-Singaporean teachers out of their promised pay increase and totally fabricate lies and issues to put their employees morale down. This is not just a job of no appreciation or recognition- It's a job that gives no self-respect and dignity to an educator. BEWARE!
