Question...anyone know if the former ENLI "office" a/k/a an apartment located on the second floor of an apartment complex next to the Canadian International School or the Maple Leaf School in Tangu would now be doing business under a new name there with a chubby Chinese male that speaks English using the name Bill? I am wondering if "Bill" is actually "Shawn" wearing a new business name.

That question was posed to me this AM as a carload of people are out looking around at a possible project for demolition and renovation in that area. Apparently the BB guys are awarding a home make over again.
