I'm one year into teaching in China for two years and am contemplating a change of schools. These two years will be my only teaching experience. Wanting to teach in the Arab countries in the near future, how important, if at all, is it to have two years experience at one school versus one year experience at two schools. I will have a teaching degree and understand that two years experience and a two year contract is common. Thanks for advice.
