This is my second thread I've posted here at eslteachersboard.

I saw the add in the classified area of this website to apply with the WisDeal Corporation as a home based ESL teacher.

I wondered if anyone has worked for them and if you would recommend a U.S. ESL teacher like myself to apply for this kind of company (or anyother online companies or links/info. on how to do online teaching with a webcam or just with audio).

Any points to consider when doing this kind of teaching (pros & cons)?
