Silverboy anyone who say 5000 a month is NOT low pay are the ones talking rubbish mate. Sorry, no offence meant at all there but just look at the rise in inflation in China recently since the Olympics and also the general increase in locals wages....

5000 used to be considered a pretty high wage a few years ago. It certainly is NOT anymore. There are far too many schools around still paying the exact same money that they always have without any consideration for the fact that the cost of living has increased. Some of these places will still be trying to pay 5000 in a few more years if they can get away with it. If you look around you will find much better paid jobs in education. It doesn't require you to work in a god forsaken training center nor a ruthless Chinese backstreet recruiter either.
