I will tell you what I do have, only a BA English Lit from an average UK university, TEFL cert from said place, and 5 years experience teaching both in China and the Gulf area.

I'd rather not work at a TC as I dislike the bosses and cheating, and I also dislike teaching kids.

Ideally, a public job in a second tier place for 5,500 would be great!
