In response to LA PETITE ACADEMY OF BOUGIVAL (Valerie Lauretta and Addie Sandbeck)

We both wish someone had warned us before we accepted this job.

Well, be happy to be out that rubbish job, and good luck!

The secret in this crappy world of ESL always is this:

You should never last long and waste your time with an employer who either bullies, cheats, or fails to deliver what was promised.

ESL jobs are not career but rather "intermediate" jobs! School owners very often are much less professional or not professional at all than the teachers they employ for a salary not enough to live and to die on!

Professional schools value their good teachers and try to make them happy- as a happy teacher is also a good teacher, and good teachers are not easy to replace or cannot be replaced at all!

Schools with a high turn-over rate of teachers are always a sign that they do not value their teachers, which means it is a waste of time and effort to work for any of them!
