Hi, colleagues. I am interviewing for an ESL teaching job and they've asked me to do a demonstration lesson with the students. The challenge is that it is a very multilevel group (ranging from literacy level to fluency) of immigrant parents of small children who may or may not be in the class with us. I was asked to work with them for an hour and I feel stumped! What can I do in that range of levels? Any ideas?
