Hi all

I spoke before of my unhappiness of being in a job right now, i wanted to further ask this time a different question, my school stated in my contract that they required 3 months notice if i decided to leave. That seems crazy long, does anybody know if there is some kind of official period of time, like 2 weeks etc, something a bit more reasonable that is the law here? I mean i understand that i need the release letter to move on, but 3 months is such a long time, what do you guys thingk, does anybody know what the official word here is on the matter?
