I have to agree with Silverboy on this one. We live in a global world. If the masses in one place refuses to change for the better it simply can mean that the majority of them are too ignorant and also envious of the rich and powerful in that they want to be like them someday too, so they just drag themselves along and hope hope hope. If there is one thing I learned working in china it's that the chinese are the most arrogant people I've worked with. They can make even Saudis look humble by comparison, and that's saying something.
