One thing I really hate in China is how people wait to be given instructions and won't show any initiative.

Which is one reason I supported the british iron hand in HK...they simply don't know any other way, and need to be told what to do and when.

It is the same in my classes here, they need to be told what to do, no creative thinking, no way!!!
