I can't really recommend them:

1. They deduct 2000 RMB from your salary each month for rent, 500 RMB for tax, and 200 RMB for social insurance. They may pocket it themselves.
2. You do not get paid during the summer holidays.
3. They have a "probation period" and will also pay you a lower salary the first month than originally agreed upon.
4. Flight reimbursement is at 5000 RMB, which is not enough for a return flight.
5. Expect to be given all kinds of pretend reasons why they can't pay in full or on time, quite disorganised.
6. Google ChinaTEFL.com Helen (it is the same organisation!), and you will find some links to warnings by other foreign teachers who worked for them and posted some complaints about them.
7. You will be working for them and have contract with them, they will send you out to some of their schools. That's not good, if you have problems with the school, you can't deal with the school directly but must deal with them. It's easier if the school directly is your contract partner.
8. They will deduct some amounts from your salary each month as the company's fee.

Too much business on your back involved, contact schools directly instead. If they have proposed a school to you already, contact the school directly and ask for a contract with them directly, it is also cheaper for the school and you could use this as an argument to conclude a contract directly with the school.

Do not sign any contract with the company, otherwise you will be bound by that contract and are not free to sign a much better contract with the school directly.
