Hi,

I'm very new to this and am looking for a teaching job in Beijing. I didn't think it would be too much of a problem finding work, but hardly any of the posts on the Jobs Offered board relate to Beijing schools.

Does anyone have any tips for finding work in Beijing from so far away (I'm based in London, UK, with an 8 hour time difference)? Who should I approach? Where should I start? Is it possible to find something from a distance, or should I just wait until I get out there and start looking on the ground?

I need to go to Beijing as my boyfriend has been offered work there and starts in September. I'm anxious I've left it too late and would appreciate any advice contributors could offer.
