Does anyone have any information about Morning Calm Recruitment. I would prefer first-hand information, but I will be grateful for hear-say that is current, relevant and somewhat closer than, oh say, third cousin removed three times.

I am currently in Cambodia(Phnom Penh)and will be glad to offer advice to anyone thinking of coming here.
