Not Good List - 2012-02-21
In response to Bumper blacklisting. (extc)

At least half of the sites are your global blacklist are not working.

Of the other sites, only a few are major players and receive any attention.

Dave's ESL Cafe is heavily censored. If the school-in-question is a patron of Dave's, then a complaint will never see the light. Never.

Raoul's China Saloon is probably the most unfettered of the lot. It doesn't get as much traffic as Dave's and Raoul himself (not his real name) be a cranky, argumentative sort (together with his co-hort Nolefan in Beijing) but that being said, it is a serious board with solidly balanced opinions.

ESL Teachers' Board is a great site but [edited]. [edited]. Messages can be edited at times but generally speaking, ESL Teachers Board is well-known in the industry and the site generates a lot of "hits". [edited]

Next, www.abroadchina.org is nearly moribund. It is not updated very frequently and comments concerning bad schools go nowhere. It's a Guangzhou-site and even in the "old days", it was not highly maintained.

The others that you mentioned appear not to be working.

That leaves Raoul's, Teachers Board and maybe Dave's in about that order.
