Hi everyone,

I am from India and I have done my masters in English , I have also completed my TESOL certification ..... however I am unable to find jobs....the problem, I believe is because I am a non-native speaker of the language....but I do have near-native proficiency in the language...
any suggestions anyone .....on how to go about this???....
