I think something needs to set up. At present I am lucky enough to be at a school that offers support and guidance to its teachers. I have not been so lucky with other schools I have taught at. I think a body need to be established that all schools should register with and submit templates of all their teaching contracts before teachers start working. Wishful thinking I know!!!
