For larger classes I would do the testing over two weeks. All final testing is done one-to-one using an appointments system with set times for each student. Ask them to arrive 5 minutes befor their appointment and discourage lingering outside the classroom.

The listening test can be done over one week as I have planned it out.

Discouraging lingering outside the classroom has always been a bone of contention, whether college students or middle school.
