CL, I also feel for Mr Heywood's family. I can't imagine what could've gone through her veins after being denied her kids' and her trip to the UK. This is one of the main reasons why I want my 4 year old son, born on mainland, to give up his right to the Chinese citizenship. What kind of a right is that when your basic rights are so limited, and when the local laws protect you so vaguely.

As for Mr Heywood's image on mainland China, he most certainly will be portrayed disrespectfully and as one with a guilt. Face saving is in the process and that no matter how indignifying it is.

Regarding the case, motives or reasons for the murder and cover up, I am a bit intrigued by the suggestions that Mr Bo expressed his interest for the highest 9 member Beijing politbureau at just about the same time as the hit on the Brit happened. Is it only a coincidence or more than that?

Peace to Mr Heywood's family and justice to the ones responsible
