There's so many foreigners pouring into the UK that you can get work(without being a proper teacher) as long as you do have a degree, TEFL,and experience in China or other places. I applied just to find out if I'd be offered a job. I was, but had no interest in pursuing it. Teaching for me has been the pain in the arse I've had to put up with if I wanted to avail myself of other things that China has to offer. Anyway, if you ask people whatever they do for a living,most will say they'd sooner not have to bother.
