My other pension provider re a non-teacher's pension has been efficient re my pension payments for more than a decade to date, ever since I first received that pension! In contrast, SPPA and Citibank are inefficient! And one can't make a complaint to SPPA by e-mail or on the phone! It must be by letter! Their complaints procedure leaves a lot to be desired! I can't complain to Shitibank, as they deal direct with SPPA, not with me! Below is how an efficient pension provider conducts business:
