I'd have guessed she'd be from Jiangsu, if asked. I know Jiangsu people can be very arrogant. Shijia... folk tend to be normal, but there's always the exception, and clearly she's one!
BTW, Shijia.... is still rather polluted, though there has been a little improvement, but nowhere near as badly polluted as Taiyuan, which continues to rank as the most polluted of China's provincial capitals.
