I think there is a video on youtube where Donald Trump is on a rant about how he would like to buy american products (which he believes are better) but can't because the chinese have cornered the market due to lower labour costs and mass production. He also goes on to propose introducing a tax on chinese imports to the US, which he puts across would pay off the US debt to China:
