Going to have to agree with Turnoi here. The Chinese will only put things out to look like they're willing to play by rules and have a set of standards, but in reality it's all about who you know and what you're connections to that 1 or 2 persons will do for you. The mentality is something that can't even be described as tribal, but every person for himself/herself and other human beings are only to be used as pawns. Realize your contract can be changed at any time, and you are at the mercy of the employer as any branch of the Chinese Government will not take any steps into helping you whatsoever.
