Hello,

I would like to know the best way to gain ESL teaching experience so that I could get a full-time job in a year.

About me: I am a native speaker living permanently in Berlin. I recently earned my CELTA and will have my MA in TESOL within the year, although I don't have much experience. For the next 12 months, I only have one, maybe two days/nights a week when I could teach. I would like to know:

1) Does my experience have to be from a school? or...
2) Is it enough if I gain experience from teaching privately?
3) Is experience even required to get a English teaching job in Berlin?

I would appreciate any help.
