I have been offered a contract and was wondering if this seems like a good contract as I have no experience dealing with foreign teaching contracts at all. Also if anyone has had any association with the school and would like to comment please do.

Cooperative Teaching Contract
合作教学合同

Party A: jilin fusong No.5 High school.jinan nawen education co.ltd
Party B:

Full-time employment contract 全职聘用合同

Party A wishes to employ Party B________as an English teacher. The two parties, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to fulfill conscientiously all the obligations stipulated in it.
A方聘用B方为英语老师。双方本着友好合作，签订此合同，并承诺认真履行此合同规定的相关义务。
II. The period of service will be from 1th Spe. 2013 to 30th Dec. 2014 ,
服务期限为2013年 4月 1日至 2013 年7 月 15 日.

III. Party B’s monthly salary is 6500 RMB/month.6000rmb save in bank,500rmb in cash.in the contract.
If need do F visa in hangkang.will bear the charge 2000rmb.
IV. Party A’s obligations: 甲方义务

1. Party A shall introduce to Party B the laws, decrees and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government, the Party A’s work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign teacher.
A方向B方介绍中国政府制定的法律，法令以及相关规 制度。负责向B方介绍A方的工作体系，以及外籍教师管理的相关规定。

2. Party A shall provide Party B with necessary working and living conditions( apartment in schools with pc, interest access TV, kitchen utilities, shower and so on). Party A will pay all the bills except the phone bill.
A方负责向B方提供必要的工作和居住条件。（ 准间，配置个人电脑，网络电视，淋浴等）除了电话费用，A方负责所有的费用开销。

3. Party A shall conduct direction, supervision and evaluation of Party B’s work.
A方负责管理，监督和评估B方的工作。

V. Party B’s obligations:乙方的义务

1. Party B must observe the laws, decrees and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government and must not interfere in China’s internal affairs.
B方必须遵守中国政府制定的法律，法令和相关的规 制度，不得干预中国内政。

2. Party B should observe Party A’s work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign teachers and should accept Party A’s agreement, direction, supervision and evaluation in regard to his or her work.
B方必须遵守A方的工作体系，以及外教管理的相关规 制度。接受A方的协议，接受A方对其工作的管理，监督和评估。

3. Party B shall complete the tasks agreed on schedule and guarantee the quality of the work.
B方必须按计划完成工作，并确保工作质量。

4. Party B shall respect china’s religious policy, and shall not conduct religious activities incompatible with the status of a foreign teacher.
B方必须遵守中国的宗教政策，不得进行与其外教身份不相符合的宗教活动。

5. Party B shall accept the work agreement from Party A.
B方接受A方的工作协议。

6. Party B shall work no more than 18classes (45mins) per week,
B方一周上课时间不超过18课时，一周工作5天,

7. Party B shall not work for any other schools or training center without the permission of Party A during the contract period.
在合同期间内，没有A方的同意，B方不得在其他学 或培训中心任职。

8. Party B shall not be late or absent form the school. If it is an urgent situation, Party B should ask for leave from the school.
B方不得迟到或是缺席。如果有紧急情况，B方必须向 方请假。

9．If Party B intends to resign in advance, Party B shall submit written notice to Party A 30 days in advance.

B方如需提前辞职，需提前30天以书面的形式通知甲方。

VI. Revision, cancellation and termination of the contract（合同的修改，取消和终止）

1. Both parties should abide by the contract and can not revise, cancel or terminate the contract without mutual consent.
双方都必须遵守合同，没有双方同意，合同任意方不得随意修改，取消终止合同。

2. The contract can be revised, cancelled or terminated with mutual consent. Before both parties have reached an agreement, the contract should be strictly observed.
在双方取得一致的前提下，可以修改，取消或终止合同。在双方达成一致修改，取消或终止合同之前，合同必须严 执行。

3. Party A has the right to cancel contract with written notice to Party B under the following conditions:
在以下情况下，A方有权取消合同，并书面通知B方:

(a) Party B does not fulfill the contract or does not fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, and has failed to amend after Party A has pointed it out;
B方没有履行合同或是合同规定的相关条款，在A方向其指出后，B方没有做出改正。

(b) According to the doctor’s diagnosis, Party B can not resume normal work after a continued 30 days sick leave.
据医生的诊断，B方在连续休息30天以后没法继续正常工作。

4. Party B has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to Party A under the following conditions:
在以下情况下，B方有权取消合同，并书面通知A方:

(a) If Party A can not provide Party B with necessary working and living conditions as stipulated in the contract, Party A should change it within one week. If Party A can not do it, Party B has the right to cancel the contract.
A方没有按照合同规定向B方提供必要的工作和居住条件。A方需要在一个礼拜之内改进。如果A方没有履行合同，B方有权利终止合同。

(b) Party A has not paid Party B as scheduled.
A方没有按规定向B方支付薪酬。

VII. When Party A fails to fulfill the contract or fails to fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, that is, break the contract, it must pay a breach penalty of 5,000 RMB, when Party B fails to fulfill the contract, it must pay a breach penalty of 5,000rmb.
如果A方未能履行合同或是合同规定的相关条款导致合同失效，必须支付5000RMB违约金。如果B方未能履行合同，必须支付5000RMB违约金。

If Party B asks to cancel the contract due to events beyond control, it should produce certification by the department concerned, obtain Party A’s contract, and pay its own return expenses and pay the breach penalty to party A;
如果B方 为不可抗力要求取消合同，必须提供相关部门证明，并且支付自己的返程费用，向A方支付违约金。

If Party A asks to cancel the contract due to events beyond control, with the consent of Party B, it should pay Party B’s return expenses and pay the breach penalty to Party B.
如果A方 为不可抗力要求取消合同，在获得B方的同意后，支付B方的返程费用，并向B方支付违约金。

VIII. This contact takes effect on the date signed by both parties and will automatically expire when the contract ends. If either of the two parties asks for a new contract, it should forward its request to the other party 30 days prior to the expiration of the contract, and sign the new contract with mutual consent.
合同按双方签订的日期生效，合同期满，自动失效。如果一方要求续约，必须在合同终止30日前通知对方，在双方同意的基础上，重新签订合同。

The contract will be signed in duplicate in English and Chinese, will be valid from the signed date and expired automatically when the contract finishes.
此合同中英文签署，一式两份，从签署日期生效，合同期满，自动失效。
