What about ending up on planet Mars or Jupiter?....LOL

Sadly the expression dictates that it must be Coventry- any ideas why, I don't know-something to do with what the place was like hundreds of years ago, no doubt. it's amazing the number of expressions that we know what they mean but don't know how they mean what they mean.
