The retarded thing is that such companies can fail realise that high staff turnover can actually cost money. If a business with any industry can keep hold of a core of good, experienced workers, less money needs to be spent on training, recruitment, or in Worlda's case, probably losing lawsuits and paying fines to the authorities etc, even Dan Dan The Dustbin Man must have learned that during his time in education.
