I do think this guy may be venting after some bad experiences. I know myself that bad experiences do not have to just come from asian girlfriends, they may come from friends, co-workers, bosses or ex-bosses, and even family members like in-laws if you have a sibling who is married to them. Many Asian women, especially Chinese women as I have personally seen will withhold their love for their husbands and children and put their needs underneath the needs of their siblings and parents. Children of Asian households are often brought up under conditional love environments based on performance and how much "face" they give to their moms and dads. Personal feelings and the natural development of individual personality are flat out ignored. The new immigrant to 2nd generation gap leads to quite a few fragmented households.
