This was not even a tragedy on the scale of say the air france flight when everyone on board died, as the plane crashed into the ocean, it was a botched landing, and it would not surprise me if these two did not have their seat belts on or were disobeying direct rules for their safety. Other crash landings have happened such as british airways flight 38 and everyone survived, and only one person with severe injuries. I blame pilots with not enough experience, and some passengers ignoring safety rules. Silverboy is right.
