Generalization, S'boy. Only the Chinese Pubic Security Bureau, in my experience! The problem they have is that when they try to be cruel to me, it doesn't work! I know their country's law better'n they do, LOL!

BTW, instead of berating another poster for praising a Chinese employer, it would be more useful if you posted the contact details of trustworthy Chinese employers on the board, especially those in your favorite city, Nanning.
