When foreign teachers become the sterotype for unprofessional behavior, it's mostly due to the actions of perhaps a few. Had these three female FT's attended the teachers dinner with more self respect, other than getting drunk as piss, things might have turned out better.

After one of them was acting loud and rude, she then vomited on one of the directors seated at the same table. Needless to say embarrassment and anger soon followed. The other two teachers, although they didn't puke on anyone, they were still drunk and out of line.

It's foreigners like this that bring a bad reputation on others, and being female, perhaps they are not so motivated to be accountable for their actions. Had these three females been male teachers, then the bashing would have been already in place.
