Well, now that I'm heading back home, I'm starting to think of all the great food I have waiting on me back there. Here's one of my favorite dishes:

Manwich Shepard's Pie

1/2 Pound Beef
6-8 Large Potatoes
1 can of green peas
1 pack of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of manwich sandwich mix

First, peel and boil the potatoes and brown the beef.
Then drain and mash the potatoes and add the manwich mix to the beef.
Next, pour the mashed potatoes into a large pyrex dish to the halfway level.
After that, pour the manwich/beef along with the peas onto the potatoes.
Finally, cover the beef with more potatoes to the full level, and top with the cheese.

Place dish in oven for about 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
